CERTIFICATION

The following designations count towards fulfilling the 30+% /DBE participation commitment:

• Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (“DBE”) (collectively, “eligible business enterprises” or “EBEs”).

Businesses seeking certification may do so through the following certifying agency(s):

• DBE Designation City of New Orleans, New Orleans Regional Transit Authority, New Orleans Aviation Board, or The Louisiana State Department of Transportation
