Participants include representatives from the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus, Office of Community Development, Office of State Procurement, USDA, Office of Planning & Budget, Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Office of Rural Development, Louisiana Economic Development (LED), and LED Small Business Services. The summit provides a platform for collaborative dialogue on key issues affecting communities and businesses throughout Louisiana.
