Parish Passport
Parish Passport: Louisiana's Economic Leaders Guide Presented by Atmos Energy
Parish Passport, presented by Atmos Energy, is our answer to a simple question: who is actually building Louisiana's future?
This is not a list of titles. It is a record of impact — a statewide, beautifully printed publication that chronicles the organizations, businesses, public servants, and community champions whose leadership is shaping what Louisiana becomes next. Being named to Parish Passport means your name sits alongside the state’s most respected leaders, in a keepsake edition designed to be displayed, shared, and referenced for years to come.
Inclusion in Parish Passport is earned, not requested. Each year, a limited number of leaders from across all 64 parishes will be recognized — nominated by the communities and colleagues who’ve witnessed their impact firsthand.
Who belongs in these pages?
We’re looking for the servant leaders — the people who put Louisiana first, not the spotlight. Nominate someone who:
- Leads with humility and puts their team, organization, or community ahead of personal recognition
- Is actively shaping opportunity for the next generation of Louisianans — through mentorship, education, or workforce development
- Has a measurable economic impact in their parish or region — jobs created, businesses grown, investment attracted
- Is positioning Louisiana to lead — in agriculture, energy, innovation, healthcare, hospitality, the arts, or civic life
- Does the work whether or not anyone is watching
This includes the emerging leader inside your organization who never asks for credit. The community member quietly rebuilding a neighborhood. The team lead whose fingerprints are on every win, but whose name is rarely in the headlines.
